We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Customer must contact us before returning the item

Non-returnable items
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer

  • Change of mind

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will offer a replacement or refund.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
